The Zones of Regulation Digital Curriculum Subscription Policy
Our subscription policy ensures that users fully understand the Terms and Conditions of accessing and using our software. By subscribing to our services, you agree to The Zones of Regulation Payment Policy as part of our Terms of Service.
Subscription Types
Individual Subscription:
The license to the digital Subscription is solely intended for one user. It is transferable under certain conditions but concurrent logins or the sharing of account information is not permitted.
Subscription Term
A subscription is for 12 months. Subscriptions begin at the start of each month and continue for 12 months or roughly 365 days. For instance, subscriptions purchased during any day during the month of September 2024 will expire on September 30, 2025.
Concurrent Logins
Concurrent account logins are not permitted. The Company will take action to ensure that concurrent logins and sharing of login credentials is not happening and will be in touch with account holder(s) if these violations are suspected. Accounts that violate this term will be suspended.
Limits to Number of Students in Institutional Settings
The license to the Subscription is for one adult/educator/clinician and any students/learners officially assigned to that adult by their institution throughout the duration of the Subscription. In typical school settings, we understand that most elementary grade teachers will probably have approximately 30 students and most middle and secondary school teachers will have many more. Similarly, a counselor or clinician may serve an entire school community but only engage with a small subset of students during an individual academic year.
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed on an annual basis. The exact date of your subscription renewal will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
- Renewal Policy
Subscriptions do not automatically renew. We will remind you via email before your subscription expires with instructions on how to manually renew. It is your responsibility to renew your subscription to continue accessing the services without interruption.
- Subscription Fees
The subscription fee is disclosed at the time of purchase. All fees are in US Dollars and the total purchase will include all applicable taxes.
- Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our subscriptions. Any price changes will be communicated to you well in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the new pricing.
- Overdue Payments
If a payment cannot be processed for any reason, we will notify you and provide instructions on how to update your payment information. Access to the subscription may be suspended until the overdue payment is received.
- Returns and Refunds
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable once an access code has been activated and an account has been set up.
License and Access
- Upon subscription, The Zones of Regulation grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the software for educational purposes only.
- You may not share, sell, or redistribute any part of the software without explicit permission from The Zones of Regulation.
Changes to Subscription Policy
- The Zones of Regulation reserves the right to modify this subscription policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- Continued use of the software after such changes will constitute your consent to the revised policy.
