How to Get Started as an Individual User (your role: Account Admin) 

  • Under Your Orders, click Choose Start Date (yellow button) to activate your Access Passes. 
  • Under Users & Access Pass Management, click Assign (blue button) to give yourself an Access Pass for the curriculum and/or training you purchased. Select which passes you would like and click Assign Selected to confirm your choices.

How to Get Started as the Manager of a Group (your role: Account Admin) 

  • Under Your Orders, click Choose Start Date (yellow button) to activate your Access Passes. 
  • Under Users & Access Pass Management: 
    • Click Add User (green) to add one at a time, or Add Users via CSV for multiple. 
    • Click Assign (blue) to give users an Access Pass.
    • Select which passes you would like to provide to the user.

    • Click Assign Selected to confirm your choices.

  • After you add them, Users and Admins will get an email invitation to register their account.

How to Reassign Access Passes

  • To give a User access, click Assign Pass (blue button) next to their name. 
  • To reassign a pass: 
    • Click Remove.
    • The pass will return to your pool of Available Access Passes. This user will no longer have access to the purchased product.
    • You can then assign it to someone else.

Reminders

  • Users cannot access the Account Management page.
  • Only an Account Admin can assign Access Passes.
  • You can add unlimited Users and Account Admins. However, they need to be assigned an Access Pass to access the Digital Curriculum or training.
  • Account Admins only need an Access Pass if they are accessing the Digital Curriculum or training.
